Why we work at CASS
Some of us have been working at CASS for at least 15 years. We thrive on providing excellent mentoring and opportunities for students while helping to solve problems for our clients. CASS doesn’t just mindlessly build software but asks “why” to truly come up with solutions that solve problems. It is really fun to see the fresh, unbiased perspective when working with students to solve software engineering problems.

While we like to work hard, we rarely work more than 40 hours in a week, giving ample time for some nice work-life balance. We call ourselves a ‘CASS Family’ and have genuine care for this program and everyone working here. CASS picks up projects that are varied, including technologies that are leading edge.
